  1. Windows 2008 R2 ENU
  2. KJ 10.50.1352.12
  3. Sample 91106
     

Repro Steps

1> Run AdventureWorks2008R2_NovemberCTP.exe by default steps.
 

Expectation

All buttons is enable at sometime in setup steps.
 

Actually

Setup button always is disable in setup steps.
