KJDatabaseInstaller: RUS: There is a error dialog after extracting files.

Environment:

  1. Windows 2008 R2 RUS
  2. KJ 10.50.1352.12
  3. Sample 91106
     

Repro Steps:

  1. Double click the installer *.exe file.
  2. Wait for extractiong files.
     

Expectations:

There is setup window after extracting files.
 

Actual Results:

There is a error dialog after extracting files.
