KJDatabaseInstaller: There are not warnings about "Full Text Search" and "SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher" in setup steps with KJ Express when disable FileStream.

Environment:

  1. Windows 7 ENU x86
  2. KJ Express 10.50.1352.12
  3. Sample 91106
     

Repro Steps:

  1. Configure KJ: Disable ‘FileStream access level’ in SSCM.
  2. Run *.exe by default steps.
     

Expectations:

There should be warnings about "Full Text Search" and "SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher" in setup steps.
 

Actual Results:

There are not warnings about "Full Text Search" and "SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher" in setup steps.

Repro on build 91110.

The user interface is correctly reporting that file stream is not enabled.  When that issue is resolved, and the installer is re-run, the full text search issue will be reported.
