KJDatabaseInstaller: There isn't a warning about "SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher" in setup steps when "SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher" is stopped.

Environment:

  1. Windows 7 ENU x86
  2. KJ 10.50.1352.12
  3. Sample 91106
     

Repro Steps:

  1. Configure KJ:
          1. Enable ‘FileStream access level’ in SSCM.
          2. Stoped service ‘SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher’ in SSCM.
  2. Run *.exe by default steps.
     

Expectations:

There should be a warning about "SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher" in setup steps and failed to install OLTP databases.
 

Actual Results:

There isn't a warning about "SQL Full-text Filter Daemon Launcher" in setup steps and install OLTP database successfully.
